Darian So
I’m a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with certifications in Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Sound Healing. Yoga has been a powerful tool for my own growth, and I’m passionate about sharing it with others to help them find peace, strength, and balance. My goal is to create a nurturing space where everyone feels supported on their unique journey.

In my Honey Restore classes, we create a calming space where you can fully relax, using gentle support and breath to melt away tension and let your body and mind recharge. It’s all about giving yourself the time and space to rest deeply.

I wish everyone knew that yoga is a practice of presence, inviting you to fully embrace each breath and moment without judgment or expectation. It’s not about perfecting poses or reaching some end goal, but about learning to be with yourself exactly as you are, cultivating a deeper awareness and connection to your body, mind, and spirit.

Padmasana (Lotus Pose) – I love Padmasana for the sense of calm and stability it brings. It creates a grounded foundation, making it perfect for meditation and deepening my connection to the breath. The stillness of the pose helps quiet the mind and allows me to turn inward.

When I’m not on the mat, I love spending my time exploring local coffee shops or cruising the boardwalk in my pink roller skates.
