Honey Flow
Go with the flow, Honey! In this class you can expect to move a lot, sweat, strengthen and stretch. We practice something called "vinyasa yoga" which means that sometimes we move "breath-to-movement"—or, pretty fast—and other times we hold strong postures for a little longer. It's a well-rounded practice aimed at building strength and flexibility in the body, the mind, and the spirit. Then, after we bust-a-move, we chill for a relaxing, restorative śavāsana (kinda pronounced: shuh-VAAS-uh-nuh).
All experience-levels are welcome, though it may take a couple classes to get into the swing of things. No prob at all—we encourage lots of breaks, resting postures, and always, above all, listening to your own body.
Honey Restore
Come as you are! Honey Restore is designed to be a relaxing practice with a blend of breath-work, meditation, gentle movement, and longer-hold restful, restorative postures. Some of the postures will have the option to stretch deeply, some are more traditional restorative postures focused on alignment and restoration of the body. Perfect for new students who want to get to know the studio with a quiet, simple, physically easeful practice.
Honey HIIT
This fun, energetic class blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with yoga-inspired moves to increase your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Each session mixes intense bursts of exercise with short periods of rest to increase endurance and vitality. By combining dynamic bodyweight exercises with mindful breathing and stretching, you’ll work your body, mind, and spirit in a way that leaves you energized and inspired.
Honey Hi-Lo
From from a high-energy, heat-building flow to a low and slow stretch sesh all in one class. When it's dark outside we do it all by candle-light. It's very yummy.
