Meet
Brooke Dinkin

I’m a dedicated yoga teacher with a passion for guiding others in cultivating mindfulness, strength, and balance. Outside of the studio, I find joy in hiking through nature’s beauty, connecting with the wilderness, and caring for animals, which inspire my grounded and compassionate approach to life. These passions reflect my belief in living harmoniously with ourselves and the world around us!

The vibe at class:
Empowering, mindful, transformative!

  • My classes combine breath-to-movement sequences and traditional Hatha yoga, creating a balance between flowing energy and mindful stillness. Expect to move with intention, linking each breath to each posture, cultivating a meditative rhythm that promotes inner focus and calm. I love to give gentle hands-on assistance to help you go deeper with your practice!

  • I wish everyone knew that yoga is for every body—no matter your size, age, ability, or experience level. It’s not about perfect poses but about connecting with your breath, moving in ways that feel good for you, and fostering self-acceptance. By adapting practices and breaking stereotypes, we can make yoga a truly inclusive space for all. My favorite saying is, "Yoga isn’t about tightening your ass; it’s about getting your head out of it!" It’s a playful reminder that yoga is less about aesthetics and more about shifting your mindset, letting go of ego, and embracing mindfulness.

  • My favorite yoga pose is Bird of Paradise because it embodies grace, strength, and balance, reminding me of the beauty in challenging myself and standing tall. I also love Embryo Pose for its deeply restorative nature—it’s a comforting reminder to surrender, rest, and reconnect with my inner stillness. Together, they represent the harmony of effort and ease in yoga.

  • When I’m not teaching yoga, you can find me hiking through nature, tending to my garden, or traveling for both work and adventure. I love exploring new trails, nurturing plants, and discovering new places that inspire my connection to the world around me.
