Join us weekly over the course of 4 weeks for a 75-minute yoga class designed to prepare you to attend any mixed-levels yoga class safely and with confidence. Explore the basics of the most common postures you'll encounter in a flow- or vinyasa-style class, learn how to keep yourself safe and free from injury, and get a chance to break down the basics with a skilled and knowledgeable teacher in a fun, zero-pressure, interactive environment.
