Meet Anna Sotto

Patience with movement, power from stillness, expansion through breathing are all things I have learned from yoga. It was in the Honey Yoga studio that I experienced for the first time, euphoria by simply breathing! Its duality to strengthen and soften is something I deeply admire about this practice. I adore the Honey Yoga community and feel there is much to receive from serving it.

  • I really admire when people follow through on what they need to do in order to show up clearly for ourselves and the collective...sometimes that's as simple as following through on making time for ourselves on a yoga mat! One hour can be hard to carve...but everyone that shows up in the studio all agree on the impact of making that a priority. That's the kind of energy I need to be around! So whether I'm just checking people off or moving with them—i just love being part of it!

  • Downward dog because the crazy difference the first downward dog to the final one in just one hour practice is so different--it reminds me how important I stick with it.

  • This has the potential to be a really effective way to cultivate the skill of exploring/living/being without judging.
