Meet Kaia Adams

Kaia is an experienced and dedicated yoga instructor with a deep-rooted passion for the practice. With over 20 years of personal experience in yoga, she embarked on her journey at the age of 11 and has been cultivating a profound understanding of the mind-body connection since.

  • Kaia's teaching style is encouraging and spirited, nurturing her students' physical and spiritual growth. Her classes focus on alignment and breath awareness, creating a space where students can explore their potential, both on and off the mat. She's been told that taking her class is like going to church (thank you, Rae, for that).

  • YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE TO PRACTICE YOGA!

  • Skandasana because it checks all the boxes. Deep hip opener and inner thigh stretch and can also be a twist and a bind if you want it to be. It just feels so good.

  • Outside of yoga, you can catch Kaia developing fun, new recipes or fostering kittens.
