About Ashley Llano:
I began practicing yoga on a regular basis in 1999 and immediately felt a strong connection to it. In 2009, I did my first 200 hour yoga teacher certification, after that I completed an 100 hour Advanced Pre and Post Natal Yoga training (happened to be during my third pregnancy). I quickly realized that there was so much to know about yoga (and myself!). I learned what a beautiful practice yoga can be, and I followed a path of learning therapeutics. During this time I was in a year long mentorship with a Yoga Teacher/physical therapist. I became more comfortable and sure of who I was as a teacher/yoga facilitator. I learned the value of hands-on adjustments and studied with as many teachers as I could. My intention is to offer a practice where people feel supported, calm and safe. I use hands-on adjustments in my classes to deepen the body-mind connection and to create a better experience.
