Join us for a cozy two-hour immersion featuring a community skillshare circle on tips and rituals for loving self-care and slowing down as we enter the fall/winter season. We'll end with a restorative and harmonizing yoga nidra guided meditation. A seasonal warming herbal elixir will be served. Please bring your favorite mug, comfy clothes, and a journal/pen. Fuzzy socks are encouraged!
