How many times were you afraid to speak up for a truth that you held deep inside? Are you afraid of your own voice, of your own sounds? This circle will be an exploration of sound and using our voices as a healing modality and portal to accessing truth. It can be uncomfortable to use our voice, as so many of us shy away from this part of ourselves. By speaking our truths, releasing sounds, and healing our bodies, we access our inner power!! Unblock your throat chakra in this vulnerable, courageous, and deeply nourishing circle witnessed by your fellow sisters.
